  • How do I sign-up to volunteer for TKF 2025?
    An Google Form for volunteers will be available SOON. The TKF staff will review all volunteer registrations and begin contacting Volunteers & positions closer to the Festival. See website & follow our Instagram for updates!
  • What will I be doing as a volunteer? Can I choose what role I volunteer in?
    Through your registration form you will be able to indicate the type of roles you are interested in volunteering with, skills you may be able to offer and your availability. Based on the information you provide while registering, we will do our best to offer you a position of interest and that best suits your skill set. Training will be provided to all volunteers prior to the Festival.
  • Is there a deadline to volunteer?
    More information coming soon :)
  • Will a meal be provided during my shift?
    All volunteers working five consecutive hours or more will be entitled to a meal.
  • When will I know if I have been selected?
    Volunteers will be selected on a rolling basis. We will contact you with more information regarding your role once you have been selected.
  • Do I have to attend a training session?
    Yes, there will be 2 opportunities to attend an in-person training session so that you are prepared for the festival!
  • Who do I contact if I have a volunteer question?
    If you have any questions, please email at volunteers.kfest@gmail.com
  • I have registered to volunteer, but my availability has changed. What should I do?
    Please contact volunteers.kfest@gmail.com to inform us of your change in availability.
  • Can volunteer hours from TKF be used towards my high school diploma?
    Yes, but you should confirm this with your school as the approval of community service hours is at the principal/councillor’s discretion.
